50% or so from North-East Scotland certainly fits nicely with what I know of my family tree. I was expecting some Southern English DNA but it seems to have come up as German instead (which probably explains the Oracle results on Gedmatch and YDNAP which frequently place me in North Germany/Netherlands).

Living DNA is offering a $20 summer discount for new kit price of $79 plus shipping. The price has decreased quite a bit since I tested a few years ago.

My ethnic background is mostly British by paper trail thus far.
- Living DNA places me primarily in SE English and NW Scotland.
- Eurogenes K13 and K15 top single population match is SE English.
- 24Genetics test top match is NE England. LOL! Well, it is small island. ;)

Thought I'd post my Cautious category Living DNA results as they're probably my most accurate test results. They've picked up my southern English ancestry which for some reason comes up as Irish on my standard results.

Has anyone else received notification from Living DNA that the website has been updated with a brand-new user portal? My ancestry results did not appear changed, but I now show 2 matches at distant (5th) cousin level. 8-) It appears that some health reports are coming in the future.

"We're excited to announce that we have launched our brand new and improved website and user portal, designed to bring your DNA to life."

Living DNA are announcing a new ancestry update on Tuesday 28 January 2020. Hopefully they'll be introducing their long awaited breakdowns of Irish and Germanic regions.
